A day we will not soon forget! 4th and 5th graders were treated to a day full of experiences. The day began on the water with Fr. Sinclair as the captain and special guest, Bishop David Toups. The morning was spent on the scenic Neches. Texas A&M AgriLife shared information about local vegetation. As it was the feast of St. Luke, patron of physicians and painters, Christus St. Elizabeth hosted students for a tour of the pediatric floor as well as the helipad. Students had an opportunity to sit in the helicopter and ask questions of the pilot and EMT. The day ended with a visit to St. Anthony Basilica to view the beautiful artwork.
