Parents/guardians are expected to be prompt in attending to all financial matters. If a financial problem arises, contact the principal immediately. If not paid in FULL, monthly tuition is due to FACTS each month July through April. There will be a $35 late fee assessed for each tuition payment over 30 days late. Tuition is due on the same day of every month unless a signed agreed upon contract between the principal is on file. All accounts from the previous school year must be paid in full before the student is allowed to enroll in the following school year. Nonpayment of financial obligations may be cause for dismissal. Records and report cards may be held for lack of meeting any financial obligations.
Registration, Curriculum, and fees are non-refundable if a family decides to leave St. Mary School for any reason throughout the school year. The family is required to give St. Mary School one month's written notice. Failure to notify the school of such a change could result in the school charging an additional month's tuition to the family.
